  Nice to find a plumbing service you can actually count on! My boiler stopped working and within 24 hours they were here, diagnosed the real problem and we had heat again! I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future!

  My indirect water heater stopped producing hot water and I contacted two other plumbers in the area, both of which had to come out twice each and could only recommend replacing the entire water heater after putting "band-aids" on the problem. Thankfully I reached out to Order a Plumber who sent their service technician Joe to give another opinion. Joe, who was absolutely professional, accessed what the real problem was at the boiler and recommended to not replace the entire water heater but fix the actual area's that were corroded. Joe was very knowledgeable and friendly. A month later all is working properly.
  I even had him come back to install a new faucet and run a copper water line to my new fridge. Their pricing is very reasonable and if you are fortunate enough to have Joe come to your home rest assured that you will be given top notch service with no nonsense. I highly recommended this service company over some of the other plumbers in the area, you wont be disappointed!
